How is FirmForge deployed?
Each product is a desktop application for Windows, installed on the workstations that need it. There's no server to stand up. For larger rollouts, it deploys through your existing endpoint-management tooling, and an administrator can configure the firm once and hand staff a single encrypted setup file.
Where does our client data go?
Checks run from your machine against the services you already license — Clio, HubSpot, and the others. Your API credentials are encrypted on the workstation, and your matter data isn't routed through a FirmForge cloud.
Which systems does it connect to?
Depending on the product: Clio Manage, HubSpot, Google Drive and Sheets, the Anthropic Compliance API, and the Nomorobo Enterprise API. FirmForge reads from the tools your firm already runs.
Do we have to replace our current software?
